Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will receive the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter the “Guest Pass”), valid for the entire duration of the stay and from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure, pursuant to Resolution of the Provincial Government of South Tyrol no. 732/2022.
The guest card includes the use of all public transport within the area of the network called “Südtirolmobil” and additional extra services, which vary depending on the tourism organisation. Detailed information is available on the website: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
The sole provider of the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobility Consortium, appointed as the single coordinating body. Details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use are communicated by the third party responsible for the issuance and management of the Guest Pass. Purpose: the personal data provided will be transmitted to the Single Coordination Centre for Guest Cards in order to allow the creation and use of the Guest Pass and the provision of the related services.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of the accommodation contract and for the provision of services connected with the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass.
Personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed, as well as for the period required by applicable legal obligations or necessary for the protection of the controller’s rights.
Data processed for marketing purposes will be stored until consent is withdrawn or the right to object is exercised, without prejudice to further legal obligations.
Personal data may be processed, within the limits of the purposes indicated above, by persons authorised by the controller and by third parties providing services functional to the management of the site, the services requested by the user, the booking, administrative fulfilments and any issuance of the Guest Pass.

Personal data are not subject to general disclosure. This is without prejudice to any communication to subjects entitled to receive them by law, to technical suppliers, consultants, platforms or services necessary for the provision of the requested services and, as regards the Guest Pass, to the Mobility Consortium as an independent data controller.
Any use of third-party services may involve the transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the processing will take place in compliance with the safeguards provided for by Arts. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, where applicable.
Data subjects may exercise, where applicable, the rights referred to in Arts. 15-22 of the GDPR, including the right to obtain access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability.
