General Information

  • Prices are in euros, per person per night, including half board in a double room, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any rooms, bathrooms, or common areas.

Half Board

The half-board treatment includes:

  • A rich breakfast buffet with juices, yogurt, jams, bread, cereals, muesli, cakes, cold cuts, and cheeses — the perfect start to your day.
  • In the evening, a choice of three first courses and two main courses, accompanied by a generous salad and vegetable buffet, plus a delicious dessert.
  • To ensure a pleasant and safe experience, please inform us of any food intolerances or special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Supplements

  • Tourist tax: €3.00 per person per night (ages 14+), payable upon departure. The amount will be shown separately on your invoice or receipt.
  • Double room for single use: €25.00 per night.

Children’s Discounts

The following discounts, not cumulativee with other promotions, apply to an extra bed in the parents’ room with at least two paying adults:

  • 0 – 1 year: 100% discount
  • 2 – 5 years: 50% discount
  • 6 – 11 years: 30% discount
  • 12 – 14 years: 10% discount

Pets

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Booking Guarantee

  • Your booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed deposit and our written confirmation. Full details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (except Diners Club and American Express)
  • Check: to be presented the day after arrival
  • Bank transfer: to be completed before arrival or during the stay
  • Cash: up to €5,000.00 (higher amounts permitted for non-EU guests)

Cancellation Policy

As defined by the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal– however, we grant you the following cancellation terms:

  • If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations from 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total agreed price, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 9 days before arrival: 80% of the total agreed price, excluding the deposit.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the daily rate for each unused day.

Any cancellations must be communicated via email.

Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)

  • Prices are in euros, per night, based on the indicated occupancy, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas, nor is it allowed to discard cigarette butts from windows or balconies.
  • The booked apartment may not be occupied by more people (including infants) than the number agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • It is not allowed to remove furniture, kitchen equipment, or utensils from the apartment.
